About the role

We are currently looking to bring on a Production Manager for our MARPOL treatment and recovery plant in Algeciras, whose mission will be to lead the operation comprehensively, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, industrial efficiency, and economic results, in line with the company's strategy.

What you'll do

What would your duties be?

  • Lead the overall operation of the MARPOL plant, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality of service.

  • Coordinate the Operations, Maintenance, Health & Safety, Environment, Quality, and Logistics areas.

  • Ensure regulatory compliance (MARPOL, environmental permits, emissions, and discharges).

  • Supervise and optimize maintenance (corrective, preventive, and predictive).

  • Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency (OEE, Lean, PDCA, etc.).

  • Control the operating budget (OPEX) and manage investments (CAPEX).

  • Lead relations with the Administration and regulatory reporting.
