That you have completed a university degree, (no matter what it is!) and above all that you have that passion ❤ for the environmental and sustainability sector. Anything related to languages will always be a plus.

Not having professional experience is not a handicap. The important thing is that you have proactivity, motivation, and a desire to learn, that you are not intimidated by challenges, and that you can put all your knowledge into practice and add value to everything you develop in our company.
