The role

From the Organization and Human Resources Department at Serveo, we are looking for a student or recent graduate to support the CSR, diversity and inclusion team in Madrid.

What you'll do

  1. Collaborate with the recruitment, commercial, and business areas in all their corporate responsibility needs.
  2. Support the search for and analysis of third-sector organizations throughout the national territory, with the aim of having a network of collaborators that facilitates the implementation of social projects in the communities where we operate.
  3. Collaborate in the continuous update and improvement of the Corporate Social Responsibility management system in accordance with the requirements of the SGE 21 standard, as well as in audits linked to corporate social responsibility.
  4. Collaborate in the monitoring of the Diversity and Inclusion Plan, composed of initiatives that guarantee a diverse and inclusive organization.
  5. Collaborate in the processes of the efr model (family-responsible company).
  6. Collaborate in the monitoring of community impact initiatives (sponsorships, patronage, donations, and volunteering).
  7. Collaborate in social awareness and communication initiatives.
