What do we expect from you?

Execute operational and support tasks on construction sites, ensuring the correct performance of assigned activities, compliance with safety regulations, and work quality, in accordance with the instructions of the supervisor or site manager.
Perform general construction tasks such as moving materials, surface preparation, cleaning, excavations, backfilling, and assembly of construction elements.
Assist technical and specialized personnel in the execution of electrical, hydraulic, sanitary, or structural installations, depending on the nature of the work.
Operate manual or electric tools and equipment (grinders, drills, compactors, hammers, etc.) safely and efficiently.
Load, unload, and arrange materials and equipment, ensuring their correct storage and preservation.
Comply with health and safety regulations, using mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) and reporting risk conditions.
Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area, collaborating in the daily closing and conditioning of the construction site.
Execute assigned tasks according to established deadlines, reporting progress or difficulties to the manager or foreman.
Support the signaling, delimitation, and protection of work zones, ensuring your own safety and that of third parties.
