At Hotel Vincci Selección Aleysa 5*, we are looking for someone like you to lead our guests' experience in the beach area during the summer season.
What you'll do
- Design and improve the premium beach experience, taking care of every detail so that our guests enjoy an exclusive and comfortable environment.
- Be the main host: welcome guests, anticipate their needs, and provide close, personalized attention.
- Coordinate the daily setup of the space (sun loungers, towels, amenities), ensuring impeccable standards typical of a 5-star hotel.
- Collaborate with other departments to complete the experience.
- Ensure safety, order, and compliance with quality standards at all times.
- Propose innovative ideas to continuously improve the beach experience (events, services, ambiance).
- Be part of the reception team as a bellhop, serving as the first and last point of contact with the guest.
What do you need to join?
- Driver's license.
- High level of English.
- Minimum studies: ESO or Bachillerato.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hotels or similar positions.
- Experience in guest service.
