• Reside in Mallorca.

• Hold, at a minimum, a Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) degree or equivalent.
• DO NOT have similar training.

• Valid B driver's license and own vehicle.

No previous experience is required.

During the program, you will receive specialized training related to the maintenance of hotel facilities, including:

• Basic and industrial electricity.
• Plumbing.
• Swimming pool maintenance.
• Sanitary prevention and Legionella control through an Official Professional Certificate.
• Various tasks of the SSTT department.

Additionally, during the practical stage, you will have the opportunity to experience firsthand the operation of a hotel's maintenance department and develop your technical skills.

At MAC Hotels, we are looking to hire four people to begin their professional development in our Hotel Maintenance team through a Dual Vocational Training program in collaboration with HOTECMA Escuela Superior. Maintenance is a fundamental area for the operation of any hotel establishment.

As a Hotel Maintenance collaborator, you will be part of an essential team to guarantee the correct functioning of the facilities and contribute to offering the best experience to our guests.

This training will allow you to combine professional qualification, work experience, and practical learning, creating a foundation to continue developing your career within the hotel sector.

During the practical stage, and always accompanied by professionals from the department, you will collaborate on tasks such as:

• Preventive and corrective maintenance of the hotel facilities.
• Basic repairs of electricity and plumbing.
• Maintenance of swimming pools and hydraulic systems.
• Support in the maintenance of rooms and common areas.
• Inspection of technical equipment and facilities.
• Detection and resolution of small breakdowns.
• Application of protocols for safety and preventive maintenance.

You will learn the trade working alongside professionals and acquiring real experience from day one.

The program will begin in November 2026 and will have a duration of 12 months.

The training will combine theoretical training and practical experience in the company.

During the first months, approximately from November 2026 to March 2027, you will mainly carry out the theoretical training provided by HOTECMA Escuela Superior.

Starting in March 2027, you will begin your practical training in the company, progressively joining the hotel maintenance team and applying the knowledge acquired during the training.

And most importantly: you will be employed by our company from the start of the program and you will receive a salary from day one, also during the theoretical training stage.
