What we're looking for

Who can apply?

People who:

Reside in Mallorca.
Have, at a minimum, ESO (compulsory secondary education) or equivalent.
Be registered with the SOIB as a job seeker before hiring.
Not have worked with Zafiro Hotels in the last 24 months.
Have the desire to learn and develop professionally in the hotel sector.
Feel an interest in technical jobs and maintenance.

No previous experience is necessary.

Important Places are limited.

Registration will serve to create a pool of interested individuals in participating in the next edition of the Dual Vocational Training. Subsequently, a selection process will be carried out to fill the available places.

The role

Registration is now open to express interest in the next edition of the Dual Vocational Training in Hotel Maintenance (starting November 2026).

At Zafiro Hotels, we are collaborating with Hotecma Escuela Superior to promote a new edition of this Dual Vocational Training program, an opportunity to learn a profession with a future while gaining practical experience in a real hotel environment.

If you are interested in electricity, plumbing, facilities maintenance, or are simply looking for a stable professional career path with high labor demand, we want to meet you.

How you'll work

October 2026: registration begins.
November 2026: start of specialized theoretical training.
March 2027: start of internships at the company.
