The role
At Vincci Hoteles, we are looking to hire a Maintenance Technician for our hotel Vincci Selección Unuk 5*GL, with immediate start and a replacement contract (fixed term).
What you'll do
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of the hotel facilities.
- Attend to incidents and breakdowns, guaranteeing an agile and effective response.
- Supervise the correct functioning of equipment, machinery, and general facilities.
- Execute plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and small repair tasks, according to service needs.
- Ensure compliance with the quality, safety, and comfort standards specific to a 5*GL hotel.
- Coordinate with the rest of the departments to ensure smooth operations and an excellent customer experience.
- Control the proper use of materials, tools, and energy consumption.
