What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience as an SAP SD and/or MM Consultant.
Demonstrable experience in SAP S/4HANA projects.
Participation in at least one international implementation or Roll-Out.

The role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior SAP SD Consultant who wants to take a leap in their professional career and become part of a multinational present in the 5 continents where VISEO operates.

We have more than 20 years of experience as a technology consultancy implementing cutting-edge projects. One of our main objectives is Cloud growth, with different technologies such as SAP S/4HANA, Public and Private Edition.

Within VISEO, you will participate in highly methodological projects, with large national and international clients from different sectors, which will allow you to know and deepen your understanding of their business. You will be part of a solid and highly qualified SAP team.

What you'll do

Manage and resolve L2/L3 SAP SD incidents.
Analyze root causes of incidents and propose definitive solutions.
Manage change requests, improvements, and evolutions.
Analyze functional and technical impacts of changes requested by the business.
Participate in the management of recurring problems and the definition of preventive actions.
Guarantee compliance with SLAs, response times, and resolution times.
Coordinate with teams from other SAP modules: FI, MM, CO, WM/EWM, PP, etc.
Coordinate with technical teams: ABAP, Basis, Integration, Fiori/CPI, etc.
Participate in meetings with key users and business managers.
Create and maintain functional and technical documentation.
Participate in SAP implementation, roll-out, transformation, and evolution projects.
Gather and analyze business requirements.
Design SAP SD functional solutions.
Configure SAP SD and perform unit and integrated testing.
Participate in workshops with the business and process definition.
Prepare functional specifications for developments and extensions.
Coordinate ABAP developments and integrations related to SD.
Participate in SIT/UAT testing and defect resolution.
Participate in migrations and data loads.
Support cutover and production launch activities.
Participate in stabilization and hypercare following go-live.
Propose improvements oriented towards Clean Core, automation, and standardization.
