AI Governance Manager

We are looking for a professional AI Data Governance Manager with proven experience implementing data governance models in large companies, change management, establishing leaders, progression guidelines, etc. for one of our main clients.

• Define, establish, and maintain the charter and scope of the AI Governance Office, including its mandate, services, boundaries, and interfaces with delivery and specialized control functions.
• Define and maintain the governance RACI matrix, decision authorities, forums, oversight cadence, and specific circuits for predictive AI, generative or multimodal AI, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), embedded AI, agents, multi-agent systems, GPAI (General Purpose AI) or foundation models, as well as frontier capabilities.
• Establish the common AI lifecycle and governance gates, from initial request and acquisition to preliminary risk classification, assessment, deployment, monitoring, material changes, suspension, and withdrawal.
• Define the structure of the governance forums and their terms of reference, including their purpose, members, decision mandate, quorum, meeting frequency, escalation mechanisms, and required inputs and outputs.

• 100% remote role with travel to the office only when necessary.
