We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager SAP HXM & SuccessFactors to lead implementation projects and AMS services on SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM.

They will be responsible for the growth strategy, business development, team management, delivery excellence, and positioning VISEO as a benchmark in SAP HXM and SuccessFactors solutions.

The selected person will combine business vision, team leadership, and experience in HR transformation projects based on SAP SuccessFactors.

What you'll do

Your Role:

  • Define and execute the growth plan for the HXM practice.
  • Supervise the portfolio of projects and AMS services.
  • Ensure profitability, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead initiatives related to: SSFF, Employee Central, Talent Management, etc.
  • Lead the HXM consulting team at VISEO Iberia.
