The role

At VISEO, we differentiate ourselves through participation in innovative Cloud solution projects, using Microsoft technologies and working with multinational clients.

We are currently looking for a Customer Success Manager with technical knowledge who will be responsible for ensuring that clients achieve their objectives and obtain maximum value when using their products and services by collaborating with the rest of the professionals who are part of the project.

The person must have a good functional understanding of procedures and have the knowledge to participate at a first level in technical aspects (code interpretation, understanding logs, testing flows, etc.). Their role as a CSM will involve participating in and managing roll-outs, markets, teams, etc.

This position requires a high level of English (C1 / C2) and a combination of analytical capacity, communication skills, and stakeholder management.

Responsible for guaranteeing the adoption and success of the solutions and services used by business teams, acting as a link between users and IT areas.
Manage the relationship with stakeholders, as well as identify needs and opportunities for improvement.
Drive the optimization of processes and ensure that technological initiatives provide value to the business.
Monitor KPIs, coordinate incidents, and promote satisfaction and end-user engagement.
