We are looking for a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Talent Consultant to join our SAP HXM & SuccessFactors team in Madrid. The selected person will participate in national and international Human Resources digital transformation projects, leading initiatives related to talent management, professional development, performance, succession, and learning on SAP SuccessFactors.

What you'll do

Lead implementation and evolution projects for SAP SuccessFactors Talent.
Conduct requirement-gathering workshops with HR and business areas.
Design functional solutions based on SAP best practices.
Configure and parameterize the modules:
- Performance & Goals
- Succession & Development
- Career Development Planning
- Learning Management System (LMS)
- Talent Intelligence Hub
Prepare functional documentation (BBP, functional designs, manuals, and training material).
Coordinate functional testing, UAT, and production deployments.
Participate in integrations with Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, and external systems.
Train and support key users and HR teams.
Act as a functional reference for junior consultants and intermediate profiles.
Participate in pre-sales activities, demos, and the preparation of commercial proposals.
