Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant - Onboarding & Recruiting

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in implementations or maintenance of projects with the Onboarding and/or Recruiting module.
• Analytical capacity, technical knowledge of the module(s), problem-solving, and communication at both functional and technical levels.
• Teamwork, customer orientation, results orientation, and commitment

• Knowledge of other SuccessFactors modules is valued.

• Intermediate/high English.

We want to recruit a Senior SuccessFactors Consultant, with previous experience in the Onboarding and/or Recruiting module, who wants to continue developing their professional career in the field of technology consulting (HR tools) within an international environment.

• Requirement gathering, identifying client needs, and advisory.
• Tool configuration, enhancements, performing tests, user training, support, and maintenance, among other related tasks.
• Development of solutions in an efficient and effective manner, in accordance with established quality standards and in a timely manner according to the priority and urgency of the request.

You will have the following security responsibilities within the company:
