What you'll do

Evaluate, optimize, and evolve waves with advanced technical criteria.
Lead technical and strategic negotiations with park owners, surf school directors, and/or partners.
Define, write, and update surf park operating procedures in both Spanish and English, and present and implement these procedures in new facilities and current projects.
Define career plans and department objectives.
Master and defend surf park business plans, and design strategies to maximize revenue and profitability, supervising budgets, costs, invoicing, and the area's P&L.
Prepare periodic executive reports for management.
Lead trips to facilities and/or surf events/championships that may take place, managing the different operations derived from them (budgets, negotiation, team coordination, and reporting).
Conduct training for the operations team at the client's premises.

Required profile

Relevant knowledge of the surf sector (industry, competitions, schools) and related tourism.

High analytical and numerical capacity.
Advanced mastery of office automation in general.

High availability for travel with on-site work when not traveling, in Aizarnazabal and/or San Sebastián.
