Water Engineering Director

We are looking to bring on board a Water Engineering Director to drive the development of technologies for water disinfection and water quality maintenance from a design perspective, including prototyping and testing and validation, proposing technical solutions and leading their development and execution.

• You will lead and develop the solutions demanded by the market, compliance with regulations and legislation, optimizing manufacturing and operating costs, as well as maintenance.
• You will lead the design to develop new solutions or improve them, considering the requirements and regulations of different countries to ensure validity and certification at the destination.
• You will improve the product by applying the latest technological advances and you will explore the market of suppliers, engineering firms, technology centers, etc., to identify the right partners.
• You will participate in supplier qualification, and you will support the Assembly, Commissioning, and After-Sales departments to define methods and procedures, serving as technical support to resolve queries and issues.
• You will act as the liaison with official authorities and bodies to obtain the necessary permits, and with clients to defend the company's technical criteria, and you will create and develop the team under your charge.

You will be a great fit for this position if you bring:

Industrial, Chemical, and/or Environmental Engineering degree / A specific Master's degree is valued

English C1

Buscamos incorporar a un/a Director/a de Ingeniería de Aguas que impulse el desarrollo de las tecnologías de desinfección y mantenimiento de la calidad del agua desde el ámbito del diseño, incluyendo el prototipado y realización de pruebas y validación, proponiendo soluciones técnicas y liderando su desarrollo y ejecución.

• Liderarás y desarrollarás las soluciones que demanda el mercado, cumplimiento de normativas y legislación, optimizando el coste de fabricación y operación, así como el mantenimiento.
• Liderarás el diseño para desarrollar nuevas soluciones o mejorarlas considerando los requisitos y normativas de diferentes países para asegurar la validez y certificación en destino.
• Mejorarás el producto aplicando los últimos avances tecnológicos y sondearás el mercado de proveedores, ingenierías, centros tecnológicos, etc, para identificar a los partners adecuados.
• Participarás en la homologación de los proveedores, y apoyarás a los departamentos de Montaje, Puesta en Marcha y Posventa para definir los métodos y procedimientos siendo el soporte técnico para resolver las dudas e incidencias.
• Actuarás como interlocutor ante autoridades u organismos oficiales para la obtención de permisos necesarios y con cliente para defender los criterios técnicos de la empresa y crearás y desarrollarás el equipo de personas a su cargo.
