What we're looking for

Comfortable managing real-time technical quality monitoring (file format, recording specifications) during live sessions

The role
We are looking for a Session Director to support live, supervised voice recording sessions for a multilingual conversational AI project in Spanish. In this role, you'll facilitate recording sessions, provide real-time participant coaching, and monitor technical quality throughout, helping ensure recordings are natural, authentic, and meet project specifications.
What you'll do

Manage session facilitation, real-time coaching, and recording quality monitoring throughout each session

Complete approximately 8 hours of calibration prior to production, observing sessions to align on facilitation style, recording objectives, and workflow

Support recording sessions independently following calibration

Monitor recordings in real time, resolving technical or conversational issues as they arise to minimize re-records
