Requirements

What we're looking for

Professional with solid technical knowledge in industrial electricity, capable of assuming technical responsibility for the electrical discipline within the project.

Training in Electrical Engineering or similar.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in positions related to industrial electrical engineering, project management, or installations.
Solid knowledge of industrial electrical installations and automation.
Experience in industrial automation and/or robotic installations.
Knowledge of applicable regulations and legislation.
Experience working with suppliers, installers, and assembly companies.
Ability for analysis, organization, and problem-solving.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Languages: English C1, essential, for regular communication with international teams.
Availability for occasional travel.
Driving licence.

Nice to have

The following will be especially valued:

Experience in the automotive sector.
Experience in automated or robotic production lines.
Knowledge of EPLAN or SEE Electrical.
Experience in international projects.
Knowledge of German and/or French.

The role

Technical lead for the electrical part of projects, from the bidding and technical definition phase through to execution and commissioning. You will work in close collaboration with clients, suppliers, assembly companies, and international teams, especially with the technical teams located at HQ.

What you'll do

Perform economic assessment and preparation of offers for the electrical part.
Define and develop electrical solutions in accordance with project and client standards.
Technically review and validate electrical installations, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
Prepare technical specifications and requisitions for suppliers.
Analyze and perform the technical alignment of supplier offers.
Plan and coordinate electrical assembly works.
Supervise work progress, quality, deadlines, and compliance with standards.
Coordinate subcontracted companies and suppliers.
Perform occasional plant visits during the execution and commissioning phases.
Participate in the resolution of technical incidents and root cause analysis.
Maintain continuous communication with international teams and the client.
