What we're looking for

Minimum requirements

Previous experience in an aeronautical environment, airline, or maintenance center (MRO).
Knowledge of EASA Part 145 regulations.
Experience in aeronautical material management and technical documentation.
Technical English level or notions of the aeronautical sector.
Forklift operator certificate.
Knowledge of the OASES system
Possession of airport accreditation for Madrid Barajas or another airport.

Do you want to join our maintenance team as a Logistics Warehouse Coordinator at an Airline? We are waiting for you!

What you'll do

What will my responsibilities and functions be?

Reception, inspection, and identification of aeronautical material.
Documentary control of components, EASA Form 1 certificates, FAA8130, CoC...
Management of stock entries and exits
Preparation of orders for other warehouses
Dispatch and reception of AOG shipments
Carrying out continuous and annual inventories
Control of calibrated tools and equipment
Control and management of GSE
Location and storage of materials in accordance with aeronautical procedures
Monitoring of expiration dates, traceability, and storage conditions
Coordination with the Maintenance, MCC, and Logistics departments
