The role

GOPS Control Posted October 16th

As part of the Ground Operations team, you will be responsible for the contracting and monitoring of ground handling services at the airports where we operate, ensuring compliance with current regulations and W2Fly standards.

What you'll do

Manage the contracting of ground handling service providers.
Prepare, review, and process service provision contracts and agreements.
Monitor validity, renewals, extensions, and expirations.
Supervise compliance with contractual conditions.
Control SLA/KPI, service levels, and penalties or incentives.
Coordinate with Procurement, Legal, Finance, and GOPS operational areas.
Manage contractual modifications and addenda.
Follow up on incidents, non-compliance, and provider action plans.
Keep documentation and contract records up to date.
Prepare monitoring reports and contractual status reports.
