Campaign Planner

• Be part of the Campaign Planner team of a multi-brand phygital retail company, with Concept Stores in Gran Vía and Serrano and a growing e-commerce channel.

• Direct contact with relevant brands in fashion, sneakers, beauty, and lifestyle, with an indefinite contract and one day of remote work per week.

• A specialized team in entries, incidents, integration, and automation from which to learn.

You don't leave a task half-finished: you like every number to add up and every file to be closed. And you know that behind every return there is a person: when something is delayed, you pick up the phone, explain what has happened, and propose a solution.

• You have 2-3 years of experience in commercial administration, purchasing, planning, or e-commerce. If you come from retail, fashion, or sneakers, even better, but it is not essential.

• You move fluently in Excel and have worked with tools such as Shopify or Odoo.

• You speak English fluently (B2): many of our brands are international.

• You are an organized, rigorous person and, above all, kind and empathetic, even when the conversation gets complicated.

• Manage product returns with brands from start to finish: planning them, processing them with Logistics, and closing them with Finance down to the very last credit note.

• Be the voice of WOW to the brands at the end of the cycle, anticipating delays and nurturing every relationship.

• Support the team in product integration into Shopify, Odoo, and Moodo during launch peaks.

• Keep the campaign calendar alive and propose improvements, templates, and automations that make everything run faster.
