From this position, you will participate in the development of Engineering for Construction | WSP projects, contributing to the creation of innovative and sustainable solutions for our clients and for society.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering, construction, and infrastructure projects.
Manage the scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks associated with each project.
Coordinate internal and external multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring the fulfillment of technical and commercial objectives.
Review and validate highly complex technical deliverables, guaranteeing their quality and adequacy to established standards.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and other stakeholders throughout the entire project life cycle.
Lead technical and follow-up meetings, as well as present and defend proposals, technical solutions, and results.
Identify client needs and propose solutions that add value and strengthen long-term relationships.
Participate in the preparation of technical offers and proposals, collaborating with business teams in identifying new opportunities.
Promote best practices in engineering, construction, and project management, driving the use of BIM methodologies and digital tools.
