What we're looking for

The role
Reporting to the O&M Manager, the Maintenance and Reporting Planner will be responsible for supporting the O&M team, ensuring the planning, execution, and monitoring of maintenance activities for the assets managed by the Business Unit. To this end, they will develop preventive and condition-based maintenance strategies, applying methods, techniques, and technologies oriented toward continuous process improvement, with the objective of maximizing equipment performance, reliability, and availability, while optimizing costs and minimizing downtime.
Likewise, they will monitor and analyze production deviations, manage production and maintenance reports for internal and external clients, and drive the digitalization and automation of analysis and reporting processes, contributing to data-driven decision-making.
What you'll do
- Keep the location, equipment, spare parts, and human resources catalogs for the assets managed by the Business Unit up to date in the CMMS system.
- Plan and schedule, in coordination with the Portfolio/Plant Managers, corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities in the CMMS, prioritizing compliance with the Annual Maintenance Plan and backlog management, in accordance with equipment maintenance history and manufacturer recommendations.
- Collaborate with the Operational Excellence, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to prioritize and plan corrective and emergency repairs.
- Support O&M technicians in the execution of planned activities and in the resolution of incidents and corrective maintenance through the CMMS.
- Manage the CMMS for the monitoring of work orders, preventive maintenance tasks, and asset information.
- Prepare detailed work plans, defining the human resources, materials, tools, and equipment necessary for each maintenance intervention.
- Guarantee the availability of spare parts, tools, and resources necessary for the correct execution of scheduled maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with the Purchasing department the request and availability of materials and spare parts within the required timeframes.
- Coordinate with the Maintenance team the assignment of resources based on the competencies and needs of each intervention.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment downtime, and associated costs.
- Analyze the main key performance indicators (KPIs) of the plants—such as availability, yield, and efficiency—as well as maintenance data, identifying trends and proposing improvement actions.
- Prepare and manage internal and external production and maintenance reports, including monthly results reporting and incident monitoring.
- Analyze production deviations and communicate the results to stakeholders.
- Manage client relationships regarding reporting and asset performance monitoring.
- Develop and implement initiatives oriented toward improving the efficiency and reliability of maintenance processes.
- Participate in the root cause analysis of failures and propose corrective actions to prevent their recurrence.
- Collaborate in long-term maintenance planning and the preparation of associated budgets.
- Drive the continuous improvement of analysis tools, promoting the development and implementation of new solutions based on the digitalization and automation of analysis and reporting processes.
