Process Engineer Manager

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or Industrial Organization, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or similar.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall,...), Process Design (Lean Six-Sigma, Design thinking, Kaizen...), and/or user experience design (Human-Centered Design, UX Research,...).
• Knowledge in the use of process management and design solutions (Aris, Bizzagi, BPM Systems,...) and in process modeling with BPMN notation.
• Experience in management and leadership of projects/programs/portfolios, specifically in the fields of process transformation.
• Intermediate level in written and spoken English.

• Knowledge and experience in the business and activity of Financial Entities will be valued.

Additionally, the following aspects will be positively valued.

• Knowledge of AI capabilities applied to Processes (GenAI, Agentic AI,...) Knowledge of Process Mining Solutions and process automation (Celonis, Uipath, Camunda,...).
• Knowledge of Data Analytics (SQL, SAS, Python,...)
• Knowledge of Process Architectures, Enterprise Architectures,...

The Project Center of Excellence is dedicated to the execution of strategic initiatives for process reengineering, organizational development, and cross-functional corporate projects. Our goal is to drive operational and organizational excellence, relying on innovative methodologies and transformation approaches that make a difference in the market.

The main projects we lead focus on aspects such as:

• Key Process Reengineering for the Entity, such as those affecting the customer lifecycle (Onboarding, Linking, Financing,....), addressing the key activities of said discipline, from Analysis (Process Mining,...) to reinvention (Process Modeling, definition of usability and customer experience,...) and Monitoring, to guarantee disruptive processes for customers.
• Definition and configuration of the Process Ecosystem (reusable cross-functional components, AI Agents,...), focusing towards an industrial and scalable conception of processes.
• Cross-functional Project Management to cover corporate business, organizational, regulatory compliance, transformation, etc., needs.

Analyzes and redesigns processes, incorporating methodologies, best practices, and standards, that guarantee the continuous improvement of operational efficiency, quality, and process control, thereby impacting its key KPIs (Touch Time, Time to yes, Costs, etc). Likewise, governs the portfolio and methodologies related to the Entity's processes.
