What you'll do

  • Industrialization and Plant: Ensuring the correct transfer of technical data between Engineering, Planning, and Production. Validating tooling, CNC machining, and coordinating international machinery suppliers.
  • Processes and Continuous Improvement: Driving the optimization of production processes in the plant to improve productivity, quality, and cost reduction, with cross-functional coordination with Quality and Production.

Requirements

Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar.

  • Experience: 5 to 10 years in industrial engineering, technical office, or

industrialization. Previous experience in panel processing and rigid machining processes (cutting, CNC, assembly) is valued.

  • Technology: Solid knowledge of CAD/CAM tools (Solid Works,

TopSolid, ProSolid 3D, or equivalent) and integration of data with ERP systems.

  • Languages: Fluent and operational English (B2 or higher), required to interact and negotiate with international suppliers.
  • Skills: Leadership, proactivity, comfort with cross-departmental relationships, and a high degree of autonomy.
  • Own vehicle
