The role

We need to recruit a Project Engineer specializing in structures to technically lead industrial construction projects, combining office work and on-site presence. This position is oriented towards guaranteeing technical solutions aligned with deadline, cost, and quality.

What you'll do

Technically lead the development of the structures project from the administrative phase through to completion.
Development of technical projects and coordination of permits, licenses, and administrative documentation.
Coordination and leadership of the internal technical team and external collaborators (designers, engineering firms).
Review and validation of structural solutions (concrete and steel), building envelopes, and construction systems.
Development of construction details focused on proper on-site execution and risk reduction.
Technical coordination with contractors and suppliers, ensuring consistency between design, supply, and installation.
Continuous technical support to the site and the Project Manager, resolving issues and scope changes.
Regular on-site presence during critical phases (foundation, structure, envelope, coordination of contractors and closures).

Ensure regulatory compliance, technical quality, and proper final project documentation (as-built).

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

Degree in Industrial, Civil, or Agricultural Engineering, or similar, with a focus on building/civil works.
Minimum 5 years of experience in concrete/steel structure design for industrial buildings in Spain.
On-site experience in technical roles with direct involvement in execution is valued.
Strong knowledge of steel and concrete structure design, building envelopes, roofing, and facades.
Ability to develop feasible technical solutions with sound construction criteria.
Experience coordinating technical teams, designers, and/or contractors.
Knowledge of MEP installations is valued.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; Revit/BIM and structural analysis software such as Tekla, CYPE, Robot, or other similar programs.
Languages: Spanish and English.
Profile with operational leadership, results orientation, organizational skills, and decision-making ability.
Driving license and availability for occasional travel to site.
