For us, the most important things are:
Being an organized and methodical person, capable of managing several applications in parallel without losing detail.
Good communication skills to deal with clients, installers, and distributors.
Autonomy to perform active follow-up and anticipate possible delays or incidents.
Availability to perform periodic site visits and review installations in the field.

Bonus points if...
You know the electrical sector, installations, or distributor regulations.
The role
Zenova is a technology scale-up based in Madrid that is transforming the energy management of large companies and real estate groups through software, data, and AI. We build technology to better understand energy, anticipate needs, and make smarter decisions.
Behind this is a lot of product, a lot of ambition, and an incredible team that pushes every day to make possible something that, until recently, seemed impossible. We are building one of the companies that will define the future of energy. And every day we are getting closer.
Within Zenova, we also dedicate ourselves to the integral management of electrical connections and the processing of applications before distributors. We accompany our clients throughout the entire process, from the initial request to the commissioning of the supply, acting as technical interlocutors with the distribution companies.
We are looking to bring an Electrical Connection Application Manager into our team.
We are looking for an organized, methodical, and proactive person who enjoys managing an application from start to finish and dealing with clients, installers, and distributors.
You don't need to arrive knowing everything. We are looking for a good foundation in procedure management and, above all, a desire to learn the sector and assume responsibility for each application.
DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?
If you like taking things from start to finish, enjoy coordinating different parties, and want to combine office and site work in the energy sector, we want to meet you.
Do not refrain from applying because you do not meet 100% of the points in the offer. We look for organization, initiative, and a desire to learn. The rest we can build together.
What you'll do
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
You will be responsible for managing our clients' electrical connection applications from start to finish: opening the procedure, preparing and reviewing technical documentation, submission to the distributor, and active follow-up until resolution.
You will act as the point of contact between the client, the installer, and the distributor, ensuring that information flows between parties and that deadlines are met.
You will combine office work with site visits, and you will have direct responsibility for the progress and closure of each assigned application.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Application processing
Open and process electrical connection applications: new connections, power upgrades, and installation modifications.
Collect, review, and prepare the technical and administrative documentation necessary for each procedure.
Submit applications to the distributor and perform active follow-up until resolution.
Control and archive the documentation for each application in an orderly manner.
Periodically update the status of applications in our internal tools.
Coordination with clients, installers, and distributors
Coordinate with clients and installers to request documentation, clarify technical doubts, or communicate the status of the procedure.
Act as the direct interlocutor with distributors to resolve requirements, corrections, or incidents.
Detect and resolve incidents or delays that may arise during the process.
Field work
Visit sites to review the status of installations and verify that they meet the requirements prior to commissioning.
Check that the installer's execution conforms to the project and the distributor's requirements.
Detect technical incidents on-site that may block the application and coordinate their correction with the installer.

Hiring process
WHAT WILL THE PROCESS BE LIKE?
We want the process to be agile, transparent, and for you to also have space to get to know us and decide if Zenova is the place where you want to grow.
01. Interview with People A first conversation to get to know each other, understand your motivations, what you are looking for in your next stage, and tell you about the project and the role in detail.
02. Practical interview With the team, we will work together on a small case inspired by a real application: what documentation would you request, how would you prioritize, and how would you resolve an incident with the distributor. We are not looking for a perfect answer: we want to understand how you organize yourself and how you reach a solution.
03. Final interview Last conversation with a member of the management team to better understand Zenova's vision, our way of working, and to ensure there is a fit for both parties.
