Telesales - Energy Advisor

• Experience in telesales or customer service with objectives. We highly value experience coming from the energy sector.

• Good communication: approachability, listening, and the ability to close without pressure.

• Persistence and frustration tolerance.

• Order and discipline to register everything in the CRM.

Bonus points if...

You know electricity tariffs (2.0TD, power, energy term), have worked with HubSpot or another CRM, or have an English level.

• Temporary contract linked to the campaign, with immediate start.

• Schedule (Monday to Friday): 10am-7pm with a one-hour break.

• Initial training on the service and the energy market.

• A close-knit team and a good atmosphere in our Madrid office (Cuzco metro).

• Possibility of continuity depending on the campaign results.

We are validating campaigns with a major client in the residential market and are looking to bring on an Energy Advisor with experience in telesales, on a temporary contract.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Call individual customers (B2C) to highlight the value of our energy advisory service.

• Follow up with open customers until the process is finalized.

• Work towards daily contact and signed contract objectives.
