We are looking for someone to join the Customer Service position for the national and international market (focus on Europe) for a leading company in technological solutions in the field of electric mobility, based in Palencia.

What you'll do

🌱 Your responsibilities

Carrying out administrative tasks.

Management and direct communication with users and customers.

Support and assistance in resolving and handling user incidents.

Intermediation between users and other areas of the company (handling suggestions).

Coordination and communication with commercial teams to generate new business/improvement opportunities.

What we're looking for

🚀 Your profile

Vocational training or university degree.

High level of English and French.

Ability to work with the public.

Knowledge of Office (advanced Excel level).

Ability to learn and adapt to new tasks.

Nice to have

Other languages such as German, Portuguese or Italian are a plus.

Professionalism and ability to work as part of a team.
