After successfully achieving our 2025 goals (4,000 operational charging points and consolidation of a €300M investment), in 2026 we are in the midst of an expansion and optimization phase of our international network. To drive our growth in the market, we are looking for our next key profile to continue driving change: Real Estate Development Manager.

Your impact on the project

From your position within the Business Development department, reporting directly to the Real Estate Manager, your work will have a direct impact on our expansion in Spain and our international subsidiaries, helping thousands of people move with freedom and confidence.

What you'll do

What will you do with us?

Reporting to the Expansion Management, you are responsible for the physical deployment of our network across French territory. Your main responsibilities include:

Land Prospecting: Active identification of land and strategic locations for the development of charging stations (purchase or long-term lease).

Feasibility Analysis: Rigorous evaluation of projects according to local urban planning regulations (PLU), legal constraints, and the technical specificities of the electricity grid.

Network Development: Creation and management of a portfolio of partners (business introducers, real estate agents, local authorities) to source new opportunities.

Contract Negotiation: Full management of negotiations with private and public owners up to the signing of sale deeds or leases (notably emphyteutic leases, commercial leases, and civil leases).

Institutional Relations: Liaising with regional and local administrations to facilitate the obtaining of necessary permits.

What we're looking for

What we are looking for in you

Education: Higher education degree (Master's level) in Business School, Real Estate Law, Urban Planning, or Engineering.

Experience: Approximately 5 years of proven experience in land development, network expansion (Retail/Energy), or commercial real estate.

Expertise: Solid knowledge of urban planning regulations in France and the ability to simultaneously manage a large volume of complex projects.

Soft Skills: "Hunter" profile, autonomous and results-oriented. You have excellent negotiation skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Mobility: Valid driver's license (B) required; frequent travel across the entire French territory is to be expected.

Languages

Languages: Native French and an advanced level of English (B2/C1) for exchanges with the international headquarters. Proficiency in Spanish would be an asset.

Chez Zunder, nous travaillons à accélérer la transition vers une mobilité zéro émission et à protéger notre planète. Fondée en 2017, nous nous sommes imposés comme l’opérateur indépendant leader de la recharge ultrarapide dans le sud de l’Europe.

Après avoir atteint avec succès nos objectifs de 2025 (4 000 points de recharge opérationnels et consolidation d’un investissement de 300 M€), nous sommes, en 2026, en pleine phase d’expansion et d’optimisation de notre réseau international. Depuis ton poste au sein du département Business Development, en reportant directement au Responsable Real Estate, ton travail aura un impact direct sur notre expansion en Espagne et dans nos filiales internationales, en aidant des milliers de personnes à se déplacer avec liberté et confiance.

What you'll do

Que feras-tu avec nous ?

Rattaché(e) à la Direction de l’Expansion, vous êtes le garant du déploiement physique de notre réseau sur le territoire français. Vos principales responsabilités incluent:

Prospection Foncière: Identification active de terrains et d’emplacements stratégiques pour le développement de stations de recharge (achat ou bail longue durée).

Analyse de Faisabilité: Évaluation rigoureuse des projets selon les critères d’urbanisme locaux (PLU), les contraintes juridiques et les spécificités techniques du réseau électrique.

Développement de Réseau: Création et animation d’un portefeuille de partenaires (apporteurs d’affaires, agents immobiliers, collectivités) pour sourcer de nouvelles opportunités.

Négociation Contractuelle: Pilotage complet des négociations avec les propriétaires privés et publics jusqu’à la signature des actes de vente ou des baux (notamment baux emphytéotiques, baux commerciaux, et baux civils).

Relations Institutionnelles: Interfaçage avec les administrations régionales et locales pour faciliter l’obtention des autorisations nécessaires.

What we're looking for

Ce que nous recherchons chez toi

Formation: Diplôme supérieur (Bac+5) en École de Commerce, Droit Immobilier, Urbanisme ou Ingénierie.

Expérience: Environ 5 ans d’expérience confirmée dans le développement foncier, l’expansion de réseaux (Retail/Énergie) ou l’immobilier commercial.

Expertise: Solide connaissance des réglementations d’urbanisme en France et capacité à gérer simultanément un volume important de projets complexes.

Soft Skills: Profil “chasseur”, autonome et orienté résultats. Vous avez d’excellentes capacités de négociation et un esprit entrepreneurial.

Mobilité: Permis B requis ; des déplacements fréquents sont à prévoir sur l’ensemble du territoire français.

Languages

Langues: Français langue maternelle et un niveau d’anglais avancé (B2/C1) pour les échanges avec le siège international. La maîtrise de l’espagnol serait un atout.
