The role

We are looking for a Professional Liability Underwriter to join our offices in Madrid or Barcelona. Your main objective will be to work on Zurich's Professional Liability portfolio, focusing on both Corporate D&O clients and Mid-Market clients, following Zurich's technical guidelines and local and global strategy.

What you'll do

Analyze the risk details of our clients, with special attention to their business activity.
Ability to understand and analyze policy terms and conditions from an underwriting perspective.
Negotiate terms and conditions with brokers and maintain fluid relationships with them.
Maintain constant dialogue with internal teams (CUO, UW, Head of UW, Portfolio Management, etc.).
Maintain a profitable portfolio, with the ability to understand and analyze claims together with our claims department.
