The responsibility of this team is to give an outstanding service to transactional customers, as well as develop them towards MPB. The responsibility of this team is to offer exceptional service to the transactional clientele, as well as developing them towards MPB. Additionally, there are value-added services such as Travel Plan, Global Exchange or Tax Down, which we want to offer to our clientele in the best possible way to increase their engagement and satisfaction with the bank.
Your main responsibilities:
As a Digital Business Expert of Surfing Account, you will be in charge of:
