Process Improvement & Reporting Analyst

And you might be wondering: Leyre, what will my day-to-day look like wearing the blue shirt? I love that you're asking that question (I asked it myself back in the day):

• Participation in the preparation of the pack delivered to the Group, as well as in the performance reports required by Management.
• Participate both in the preparation of the plan for the coming years and in the regular forecasting process, working with local Business Partners to ensure that results are solid and completed on time.
• Perform financial analyses of all aspects of business performance to support the development and execution of the business strategy.
• Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement automations and improvements in PPM processes.
• Report and analyze under local and IFRS regulations.
• Develop a broad knowledge of the business to support the business and management.

Don't worry—I'm not going to ask you to save the planet or meet 100% of the requirements.

• University degree or equivalent.
• Between 1 and 2 years of experience, ideally in controlling, accounting, or external audit.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Flexibility and willingness to work in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to take on responsibilities and manage your own scope of work.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel. Knowledge of tools such as Power Query or Power BI is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Good level of English.
