• Degree or Bachelor's in Law or related disciplines (Criminology, Business Administration, Mediation, or similar).
• Experience in processing injury claims within the insurance sector.
• Solid knowledge of Traffic Law and Civil Liability derived from the use of motor vehicles.
• Proficiency in the Bodily Injury Scale (Law 35/2015) and the Offer and Reasoned Response procedure.
• Knowledge of Healthcare Agreements within the insurance sector.
• Experience with claims management tools and industry platforms (TIREA, BAREMO, GESMED, or similar).
• Advanced handling of office tools, especially Excel, Word, and the Windows environment.
• Intermediate level of English (B2 or equivalent) is desirable.
• High negotiation capacity and orientation towards reaching agreements.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Analytical skills and a decision-making orientation.
• Organization, planning, and efficient management of priorities.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a portfolio of files.

• Previous experience in automobile insurance companies.
• Knowledge in medical assessment of bodily harm.
• Experience in negotiating complex and litigious claims.
• Knowledge of business indicators, cost control, and reserve management.
• Participation in process improvement or digital transformation projects.

• Liability analysis and economic assessment of injuries derived from traffic accidents.
• Comprehensive management of bodily injury files, from opening to closing.
• Negotiation with claimants, lawyers, mediators, opposing companies, and external providers.
• Issuance and management of offers and reasoned responses in accordance with Law 35/2015.
• Payment and monitoring of indemnities, guaranteeing compliance with deadlines and applicable regulations.
• Adjustment and updating of technical reserves according to the evolution of the file.
• Definition of legal defense strategies and coordination with lawyers, experts, and court representatives.
• Monitoring of judicial and extrajudicial proceedings, analyzing risks and resolution opportunities.
• Management and control of medical invoices, professional fees, and other expenses associated with the claim.
• Review of medical and expert reports for the correct assessment of bodily harm.
• Data analysis, preparation of management reports, and monitoring of performance indicators.
• Detection of improvement opportunities in processes and contribution to the optimization of results.
• Collaboration with different areas of the company (underwriting, legal defense, fraud, customer service, and expert network).
• Guaranteeing an excellent service experience for clients and involved third parties.
