Proven track record of senior leadership at top-tier firms (Big Four, strategy consultancies, leading system integrators or major technology vendors).

The Role

The Security Lead for Health & Public Service (H&PS) is a senior leadership position with direct ownership of the growth,profitabilityand market positioning of the Cybersecurity practice across the Healthcare and Public Sector industries in Spain and Portugal.

Practice Leadership & P&L

Full ownership of the H&PS Cybersecurity practice: strategy, pipeline,backlogand financial performance.

Definition and execution of the annual business plan: growth targets, newcapabilitiesand service expansion.

Business Development & Client Relationships

Building and nurturing strategic relationships with CISOs, CIOs and Senior Directors at major healthcareorganisationsand public administrations.

End-to-end ownership of the commercial process: opportunity identification, proposal development,negotiationand deal closure.
