Strategy Consultant - Efficiency Programs

We are looking for a Banking/Manager Consultant with extensive experience in Efficiency Programs to join the leading Strategy & Consulting practice in Financial Services (FS).

Their main responsibility is to advise our banking clients on innovative ways to reduce costs. Their responsibilities include:

• Analysis of Spending/Budget (internal & external costs)

• Identification and quantification of value initiatives

• Detailed design of various types of initiatives: Strategic sourcing, demand management, digitalization and process reengineering, outsourcing definition, restructuring...

• Value Realization Office: Management of the implementation of large savings programs

• Experience in Strategy and Banking Consulting firms

• Ability to execute projects and bring innovation to our clients

• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate ideas and results at all organizational levels

• Drive, ambition, and initiative to grow Accenture's business at the functional and industry level

• People development and team building skills

• Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory
