Workplace Transformation Consultant - M365 & Modern Workplace

At Accenture we help our clients reinvent themselves through technology, designing and implementing innovative solutions that transform the way organizations work. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team working on high-impact projects, combining strategic vision and technical excellence in national and international environments.

We are growing our Workplace Transformation team and are looking for profiles with different levels of experience to participate in digital environment modernization projects for reference clients. You will join a team with extensive experience in Modern Workplace, with exposure to complex and large-scale projects, actively contributing to the digital transformation of organizations with demanding standards, in both the private sector and the public sphere.

• Design and deployment of Modern Workplace solutions based on Microsoft 365, aligned with the client's business needs.
• Participation in projects migrating on-premises environments to Microsoft cloud, including planning, execution, and adoption support.
• Implementation and configuration of collaboration and productivity services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams.
• Collaboration with technical and functional teams in international environments, providing a consultative vision and specialized technical support.
• Manage and configure identities and access through Entra ID (Azure AD), including security policies and access control.
• Administration and management of devices with Microsoft tools.
• Participate in the definition of Modern Workplace architectures, ensuring best practices for security, governance, and compliance.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation in English and Spanish, as well as participate in coordination sessions with clients and global teams.
• Support the adoption of implemented solutions, accompanying the client through technological change management.

• Hands-on experience in the Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace ecosystem.
• Knowledge in management of devices, identities, and Microsoft cloud services.
• Previous experience in projects migrating on-premises environments to Microsoft Cloud, using migration tools.
• B2 English level for communication and technical documentation.
• Desirable official Microsoft certifications (M365, Modern Workplace, Security, or similar).

It is essential to reside in Spain and have a work permit in Spain.

• Diseño y despliegue de soluciones de Modern Workplace basadas en Microsoft 365, alineadas con las necesidades del negocio del cliente.
• Participación en proyectos de migración de entornos on‑premises a cloud de Microsoft, incluyendo planificación, ejecución y soporte a la adopción.
• Implementación y configuración de servicios de colaboración y productividad como Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive y Microsoft Teams.
• Colaboración con equipos técnicos y funcionales en entornos internacionales, aportando visión consultiva y soporte técnico especializado.
• Gestionar y configurar identidades y accesos mediante Entra ID (Azure AD), incluyendo políticas de seguridad y control de acceso.
• Administración y gestión de dispositivos con herramientas Microsoft.
• Participar en la definición de arquitecturas de Workplace Moderno, asegurando buenas prácticas de seguridad, gobernanza y cumplimiento.
• Elaborar y mantener documentación técnica en inglés y español, así como participar en sesiones de coordinación con clientes y equipos globales.
• Apoyar la adopción de las soluciones implantadas, acompañando al cliente en la gestión del cambio tecnológico.

• Experiencia práctica en el ecosistema Microsoft 365 y Modern Workplace.
• Conocimientos en gestión de dispositivos, identidades y servicios cloud de Microsoft.
• Experiencia previa en proyectos de migración de entornos on‑premises a Microsoft Cloud, utilizando herramientas de migración.
• Nivel de inglés B2 para comunicación y documentación técnica.
• Desesable certificaciones oficiales de Microsoft (M365, Modern Workplace, Security o similares).

Es imprescindible residir en España y tener permiso laboral en España.
