Requirements
What we're looking for
- Between 3 and 5 years in Software Engineering, IAM, Identity Security, or other related technological fields.
- Demonstrable experience in the design, implementation, and support of corporate identity and access management solutions.
- Experience in multidisciplinary environments, collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Identity and federation standards: SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC).
- Hands-on experience with: Azure AD B2C, Broadcom IGA, or VIP Authentication Hub.
- Development with Java and JavaScript.
- Systems integration: REST APIs, SOAP services, LDAP directories, web services.
- Multi-factor authentication (MFA), Single Sign-On (SSO), identity lifecycle management (ILM).
- Microsoft Azure, cloud-native architectures, DevOps/CI-CD.
- Analytical and problem-solving capacity regarding complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, conveying identity and security concepts to different audiences.
- Proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented approach.
- Ability to coordinate activities between different teams and stakeholders.
- Interest in progressively expanding technical leadership and technology management responsibilities.
- Autonomy, priority management, and responsibility for assigned initiatives.
Nice to have
- Experience across the entire IAM technology stack (Azure AD B2C, Broadcom IGA, VIP Authentication Hub).
- Experience in mentoring or providing technical guidance to junior engineers.
- Certifications: Microsoft SC-300, AZ-900, AZ-104, or equivalents in identity and cloud.
Education & certifications
- University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related disciplines.
Languages
- English level upper-intermediate or advanced (B2+), with the ability to read technical documentation and collaborate with international vendors and teams.
The role
Lead the implementation and evolution of Identity & Access Management (IAM) services, designing, developing, and operating secure and scalable identity management, authentication, and access control solutions across the entire technological ecosystem. Contribute to the strategic transformation of identity platforms, driving technical excellence, modernization, and application integration through market standards, while actively collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver strategic initiatives.
What you'll do
- Lead the implementation and evolution of IAM services, designing and developing secure, scalable, and resilient identity management solutions.
- Drive the integration of applications and access management capabilities, developing authentication, authorization, and federation solutions based on standards (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC).
- Foster technical excellence and platform modernization, contributing to architectural decisions and resolving complex technical challenges.
- Continuously improve the security, resilience, and performance of the IAM ecosystem.
- Coordinate initiatives and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, acting as a technical reference in IAM.
- Lead technical discussions and work closely with development, security, infrastructure, and business teams.
- Participate in the transition from current platforms toward Group solutions and market-leading solutions.
- Pursue best practices and contribute to the definition of the future corporate identity architecture.
