MISSION Lead the implementation and evolution of Identity & Access Management (IAM) services, designing, developing, and operating secure and scalable identity management, authentication, and access control solutions across the entire technological ecosystem. Demonstrable experience in the design, implementation, and support of corporate identity and access management solutions. Experience in multidisciplinary environments, collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Technical knowledge: Identity and federation standards: SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC). Hands-on experience with: Azure AD B2C, Broadcom IGA, or VIP Authentication Hub. Development with Java and JavaScript. Systems integration: REST APIs, SOAP services, LDAP directories, web services. Multi-factor authentication (MFA), Single Sign-On (SSO), identity lifecycle management (ILM). Microsoft Azure, cloud-native architectures, DevOps/CI-CD. Languages: Intermediate-high or advanced English (B2+), with the ability to read technical documentation and collaborate with international vendors and teams. Competencies: Analytical and problem-solving capacity regarding complex technical challenges. Excellent communication skills, conveying identity and security concepts to different audiences.
