What we're looking for

  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP HCM consulting.
  • Professional experience with SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP HCM.
  • Professional experience in implementation, evolution, or transformation projects of SAP solutions for Human Resources.
  • C1 level of English.

We are looking for an SAP SuccessFactors / SAP HCM Manager with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience, preferably specializing in Employee Central and Payroll, to participate in Human Resources transformation projects.

What you'll do

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business processes and requirements related to SAP solutions for Human Resources.
  • Design functional solutions on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Payroll, and other SuccessFactors/HCM modules.
  • Participate in the different phases of the project cycle, including analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support.
  • Coordinate with functional, technical, and business teams to ensure the correct integration of solutions within the client's technological ecosystem.

How you'll work

The position is based in Madrid or Barcelona under a hybrid work model, with some days working from home and others at the office, where you will be able to create valuable synergies with the rest of your team.

Duties

  • Participate in implementation, evolution, and transformation projects of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM solutions, especially in the areas of Employee Central and Payroll.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze functional requirements and Human Resources processes, defining solutions and parameterizations adapted to the needs of the project.
  • Participate in the functional design, configuration, testing, incident resolution, and evolution of SAP SuccessFactors/SAP HCM solutions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders in international environments, using English on a regular basis in the development of projects.
