We are looking for a Delivery Lead SAP Retail / SAP Fashion Management to join our teams and lead national and international projects for the implementation, transformation, and evolution of SAP solutions on SAP S/4HANA. The selected person will be responsible for guaranteeing the end-to-end delivery of complex programs, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing business and technology stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with scope, quality, planning, and budget.

• Lead SAP Retail and SAP Fashion Management transformation programs, defining the implementation strategy, planning, governance, and project execution.
• Manage functional, technical, and change management teams, ensuring efficient delivery aligned with the client's business objectives.
• Supervise the definition of SAP S/4HANA Retail solutions, guaranteeing integration with modules and capabilities such as CAR, EWM, Order Management, Merchandising, F&R, POS, and Supply Chain.
• Act as the primary interlocutor with the client, managing relationships with key stakeholders and facilitating strategic decision-making.
• Lead the integral execution of SAP Retail and SAP Fashion Management projects and programs for national and international clients.
• Define governance models, risk monitoring, dependency management, and budget control to guarantee the success of the initiatives.
• Coordinate analysis, functional design, construction, testing, deployment, and post go-live support activities.
• Drive the adoption of SAP Retail and SAP Fashion Management best practices, promoting the standardization and optimization of business processes.
• Collaborate with global architecture, development, and consulting teams to ensure end-to-end integration of the implemented solutions.
• Contribute to the growth of the practice by participating in business development initiatives, proposal generation, and the creation of SAP Retail assets and capabilities.

The position is performed in any of our offices in Spain under a hybrid work model, working some days from home and others in the office, where you will be able to create interesting synergies with the rest of your team.
