Education and experience
•Degree in Civil, Hydraulic, Industrial, Environmental Engineering or similar.
• 3-5 years of prior experience in operations, maintenance, utilities or infrastructures.
• Interest in building a career in the water sector and in international projects.

Technical skills
•Knowledge of water network operation and maintenance or hydraulic infrastructures.
•Analytical capacity and proficiency with reporting and monitoring tools.

We are looking for an Assistant to the O&M Networks Manager to join as key support in the management and supervision of several water network operation and maintenance contracts in Peru.

Position Description

The position is aimed at young professionals with an interest in building an international career in the water sector, eager to learn from the field and to participate closely in the real management of operation and maintenance contracts. You will work directly alongside the O&M Networks Manager, as key support in operational coordination, contractual monitoring and the day-to-day management of four water network contracts in Peru, gaining a comprehensive view of both operations and the business.
