Join our team! We are looking for a future Network Manager in our HOME department in Madrid

We are looking for a dynamic and committed professional to manage our provider network. The person in this role will be responsible for ensuring the fulfillment of our customers' expectations and needs, as well as the efficiency of our processes through effective management of the provider network. We are looking for someone passionate about analysis, negotiation, and continuous improvement, who can hold regular meetings both horizontally and vertically, understanding the dimensions of the service at both an operational and commercial level. Additionally, they must maintain close relationships with the departments involved, fostering collaboration and development in a challenging and growing environment.

What you'll do

  • Control, monitoring, and achievement of service and cost KPIs for the network

  • Analysis of client SLAs at a network level and definition of corrective actions

  • Identification of needs/gaps for KPI fulfillment

  • Management of Client Company claims, guaranteeing response times and resoluteness

  • Participation in departmental activity reports

  • Control and monitoring of the network's debt to the company

  • Participation and support in Provider Network Training on management tools (REGULATIONS, RATES, APP, and WEB)

  • Technical verification of claims (according to established procedure)

  • Participation in provider journey improvement projects

  • Execution of complementary functions that are attributed to them and specifically defined by their Manager.

Requirements

  • Own vehicle and availability to travel
