Requirements

What we're looking for

Degree in Business Administration/Economics/Technical Engineering, or similar.
3 to 5 years of demonstrable experience in the integral management of Facility Management services.
Experience in team management.
Experience in managing profit and loss accounts.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and solid IT skills.
Proactive, organized person, with leadership capacity and customer orientation.

Nice to have

Knowledge of labor matters is valued: types of contracts, collective bargaining agreements, etc.

The role

Acciona, in its Services division, is selecting a Maintenance Services Manager for the Barcelona area

What you'll do

Management and supervision of maintenance, cleaning, and gardening services.

Coordination of subcontracted companies and suppliers.

Know in detail the contractual obligations that AFS has with the client, according to their level of responsibility, and communicate deviations to the immediate superior.
Perform the reporting agreed upon with the client in a timely and proper manner.
Liaison with the property owners and managers of the shopping center.
Monitoring of incidents and preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
Guarantee compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
Guarantee that the center has the equipment, machinery, and tools necessary for the correct execution of the services.
Supervise compliance with the service KPIs agreed upon with the client.
Create action plans in the event of service deviations and document non-conformities in the case of exceeding established limits.
Monitor the indicators of payroll incident management using the available tools.
Process requests for new hires, terminations, changes in working hours, etc., to the CSC, ensuring that sufficient resources are available to provide the services.
Conduct periodic follow-up meetings with middle management.
Make continuous improvement proposals that impact the business.
Monitor and manage profit and loss accounts according to the budget and cost breakdown, ensuring the profitability of operations.
Carrying out monthly pre-closings and closings.
