Production Internship in Balearic Islands

In the ACCIONA Scholarship Program, you will be part of teams that involve you in projects from day one, guided by experts who will help you develop your skills and participate in the day-to-day of a global company.

• Support in the planning and monitoring of site production.
• Collaboration in the coordination of subcontractors, operators, and suppliers.
• Monitoring of performance, deadlines, and execution resources.
• Support in quality control and compliance with procedures.
• Supervision of work progress alongside the Production team.
• Participation in coordination and site monitoring meetings.
• Preparation of reports and updating of technical documentation.
• Collaboration in the implementation of health and safety measures on site.

Provide support to the Production team in the planning, coordination, and monitoring of site works, actively collaborating with Production Managers to ensure compliance with established deadlines, quality, and safety standards. You will participate in the daily control of execution, the coordination of subcontractors and suppliers, the supervision of performance, and the monitoring of assigned resources, acquiring a global vision of construction project management.

Develop practical knowledge in the management of site installations, participating in the technical coordination of the different site systems (electricity, HVAC, fire protection, plumbing, communications, and control), expanding the student's competencies in planning, cost control, work supervision, and coordination with contractors.

- Preferably, the scholarship should start in January.
