Administrative Assistant Internship

Education:

• Environmental or Chemical Engineering/ University Degree in Prevention and Safety. Master's in OHS or similar.

Jacobs offers you a unique opportunity to join its HSE team in Mollet del Vallès. This internship will allow you to apply your knowledge in the real world by performing consumption and accident rate control, supporting document management (CAE), and collaborating on energy efficiency projects and the maintenance of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.

• Carrying out daily data collection rounds, computerization of records, and

reporting of information in the safety and environment pillar matrix. (control of natural resource consumption and accident rates)

• Collaboration in the implementation of safety, energy efficiency, and Environment projects. Collaboration in the maintenance of ISO45001 and ISO14001 management systems.
• Support for the management of Business Activity Coordination documentation.
• Printing and creation of communications, standards, procedures, methods, and formats in collaboration with the HSE manager.

-Planned method of monitoring by the tutor from the collaborating entity: Monitoring every two weeks through planned 30min meetings to review tasks.

-Motivation and objective of the internship: To obtain practical experience of the knowledge acquired at university, facilitating insertion into the labor market and improving future employability.

• Schedule: 4h daily from M-F to be agreed upon, preferably in the morning
• Contract: minimum of 300h (3 and a half months)
• Start date: immediate
