Acciona, in its construction business line, is looking to hire 2 Process and Cost Technicians for an important Data Center construction project in Zaragoza.
Mission:
Collaborate and support the projects carried out by their business unit/department, according to the guidelines given by their supervisor, in order to improve with their work both the decision-making processes and the project execution, and contribute with their professional performance added value to the internal client.
They are responsible for implementing and monitoring cost control mechanisms and the quality of services provided by external suppliers in the operational management of buildings, and services to employees. Activities include: monitoring the adequacy of services provided by external suppliers, as established in the contracts; application of penalties established in the SLAs of the contracts when necessary; advising on the renegotiation and renewal of contracts in force; preparation and distribution of a reporting system to control activity.
Integrated into the project's technical office team, the responsibilities will be:
-Preparation of cashflow
-Preparation of monthly certification
-Forecasts
-Periodic reporting
-Budget control
-Coordination with DF (Site Management) and different Project agents
-Control of construction progress and certifications
-Valuation of changes to the Project
-Economic claims to the Client and their technical justification
