Attend in person at the start-ups of new services.

Ensure the implementation and continuity of projects in cost control and continuous improvement.

Monitor HR KPIs, using available HR tools and executing corrective actions.

Monthly monitoring and taking actions to control absenteeism.

Implementation and monitoring of ad hoc projects in HR in coordination with operations and the analytics department.

Make proposals for continuous improvement that impact the business.

Support the rest of the staff departments or operations in the implementation and continuity of their policies and controls for continuous improvement.

Provide information and evaluate those contracts where we are present to help improve the new offer or identify possible risks.

Support action and prevention plans in order to correct deviations detected in budget.

Ensure the correct review of commercial contracts in the labor section in collaboration with the labor relations technician and the legal department.

Collaborate with the assigned prevention technician in the analysis of accidents/incidents and ensure compliance with health and safety matters.

Support directly and continuously the center manager in identifying needs and implementing improvements.
