What you'll do
FUNCTIONS:
- Management of personnel documentation, NIE, DNI verification...
- Management of OSH (mandatory courses, food handler certificates, medical examinations...)
- Delivery and receipt of PPE as well as verifying the condition of current ones (deteriorated, purchases...)
- Preparation of contracts for new hires; this would involve preparing the signing and ensuring everything is signed.
- Review and supervision of staff clock-in and clock-out signatures for subsequent submission to ETTs and management companies for payroll processing.
- Delivery and collection of cards.
- Profile selection.
