Coordinator Area (Social) (Valencia)

What will your day-to-day look like?

The role focuses on coordinating the social area of the Levante and Balearic Islands region (Valencia, Elche, Cartagena and the Balearic Islands) and monitoring the objectives set by the Head of Social Area. Your main responsibilities include:

Taking part in the selection and integration of new technicians

Acting as a link between head office and the workplaces in matters concerning the Social Area.

Ensuring company procedures are complied with.

Supervising the leisure activities proposed by the workplaces.

Proposing projects, improvements and collaborations in the social area.

Helping resolve conflicts

Preparing and overseeing work plans and subsidies

Resolving any incidents that arise in the social area at the workplaces

What will make you succeed in this position?

If you are the person we are looking for, with a degree in Psychology, Social Work or Social Education, at least 3 years of experience in a similar position, and knowledge of Office, SAP Sales and Power BI, as well as team management, this opportunity could be for you.

¿Cómo será tu día a día?

El puesto se centra en la coordinación del área social de la zona de levante y Baleares (Valencia, Elche Cartagena y Baleares) y el seguimiento de objetivos definidos por la Jefa de Área Social. Entre tus responsabilidades destacan:

Participar en la selección e integración de nuevos técnicos/as

Ser nexo entre la central y los centros de trabajo en materia de Área Social.

Velar por el cumplimiento de los procedimientos de la empresa.

Supervisar las actividades de ocio propuestas por los centros de trabajo.

Proponer proyectos, colaboraciones y mejoras en el área social.

Colaborar en la resolución de conflictos

Elaborar y supervisar planes de trabajo y subvenciones

Solventar incidencias dentro del área social que se produzcan en los centros de trabajo

¿Qué te hará triunfar en esta posición?

Si eres la persona que buscamos, graduado/a en Psicologia, Trabajo Social, Educación Social con experiencia de al menos 3 años en una posición similar, y conocimientos de Office, SAP Ventas y PowerBI, y gestión de equipos, esta oportunidad puede ser para ti.

Además, valoramos que tengas disponibilidad para viajar y que dispongas del certificado de discapacidad igual o superior al 33%.
