What we're looking for
Years/ Areas of required experience: 8 years of experience in the sale of energy efficiency projects to industry (verifiable).
Degree / Training: Energy Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Sustainable Development Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related.
Nice to have
Complementary Training: Desirable certifications: Certified Energy Manager from AEE, Renewable Energy Professional by AEE, IPMVP by EVO, ISO 50001.
Experience in design, calculation, quoting, and execution of energy efficiency projects, lighting, motors, HVAC, production and distribution of tertiary and industrial cooling (positive and negative), steam, and compressed air. Competencies in photovoltaics, electricity, and regulation/control will be valued.
Basic financial knowledge, Knowledge of the Legal Framework of the Electricity Sector to propose project permits and procedures, electrical regulations, PM Certification.
Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and negotiation skills with clients and suppliers (internal and external). High capacity for organization, planning, prioritization, and problem-solving.
Languages
Native Spanish and advanced English. Other languages will be valued.
The role
Mission:
Implement the assigned parts of the project within his/her unit/department, in keeping with established procedures, facilitating compliance with established deadlines and coordinating the necessary resources (human and material), so as to contribute to significantly improving the project.
They are responsible for the sale of services to the clients assigned. They provide a technical interface between the clients and the persons responsible for the services by developing potential technical specifications, price considerations and contract requirements.
